We ship across India from South Delhi.
When your order leaves us
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day.
How long delivery takes
Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days. Everywhere else in India: 4 to 7 working days. These are the courier's working-day estimates, not guarantees — during festival weeks and heavy rain, couriers run late, and we cannot control that.
What shipping costs
A flat ₹0 on every order.
Tracking
We send the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up. If you have not received it within two working days of ordering, message us and we will find out where it is.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check the pincode and the phone number before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we will re-send it once you cover the second shipping charge.
International orders
We do not ship outside India at the moment.
